Re-platforming & modernization
When the stack is the bottleneck, you change the stack.
Most of what gets sold as 'digital transformation' is a logo refresh on the same broken foundation. The real transformation is structural — moving off the platform that is holding the business back, without losing the data, the SEO equity, or the customer trust built on top of it.
1. What this actually means
A full re-platform: moving your business off an aging stack (WordPress + plugin sprawl, Magento overbuild, OpenCart / CS-Cart legacy, Shopify with rented dependencies, custom CMS built by an agency that no longer exists) onto modern, performant, owned infrastructure.
"Modern" here means a specific thing: static at the edge where possible, server-rendered where dynamic, AVIF imagery, schema-tagged markup, semantic HTML, <200 KB initial load, 95+ on PageSpeed mobile, and code your future self can read.
2. When you need it
- Your site has more than 20 plugins and updates break things
- Mobile PageSpeed is below 50 and incremental fixes have plateaued
- You are paying €500+ per month in SaaS fees for things you should own
- Your developer left and no one knows how a critical part of the site works
- You are scoping a redesign and the agency is quietly suggesting the old stack stays
- Your hosting bill keeps climbing because the site is too heavy to cache properly
3. The 5-phase process
- Phase 1 — Audit (1 week). Full inventory: pages, content, custom functionality, integrations, data sources, analytics events, SEO equity (rankings, backlinks, indexed URLs). Output: a written migration plan with the specific risks listed.
- Phase 2 — Plan & sign-off (1 week). You approve scope, content tree, redirect map, and feature parity list. Quote and timeline locked in writing.
- Phase 3 — Build (3–8 weeks). New site built in a staging environment. Weekly demo. Content migrated incrementally with checksum verification.
- Phase 4 — Migrate (1 day). Cut-over with the redirect map active from second one. Zero downtime. 301s for every old URL that mattered. Sitemap re-submitted to Search Console.
- Phase 5 — Stabilize (30 days). Daily monitoring of indexed pages, ranking positions, conversion events. Any regression triaged inside the same day.
4. Pricing
- Performance re-platform: from €7,800, 4–6 weeks total. Marketing site, up to 30 pages, no e-commerce.
- E-commerce re-platform: from €14,800, 8–12 weeks total. Cart, checkout, product catalog up to 500 SKUs, payment + shipping integrations.
- Enterprise re-platform: from €24,800, 12–20 weeks total. Multi-region, multi-language, custom integrations, large content libraries.
Every tier ships with the standard guarantees: 95+ PageSpeed mobile, zero SEO equity loss measured at 30 days, written terms, fixed price.
5. What is not included
- Brand redesign — that's a separate engagement (we work with brand teams)
- New copywriting — bring your existing copy or hire an editor for new pages
- Photography
- Paid migration of third-party SaaS (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) — we plan it, you license it
- Ongoing content production after launch
6. The promises in writing
- 95+ PageSpeed mobile at launch, on every shipped page
- Zero SEO equity loss at 30 days post-launch (measured: indexed pages, ranking positions on top 50 keywords)
- 301 redirect map covering every URL that received traffic in the prior 12 months
- Written guarantee per Terms section on guarantees — money back on the affected scope if these are not met
7. How to start

- Tell me: current platform, traffic volume (rough monthly visits), the main reason you want to move
- I respond within 2 business days with a scoping call slot
